The problem will be with your browser viewing secure and non secure info
on the page. The actual form where you enter all your details is secure
but the graphics on the page (including the security text as this is an
image as well) are not as they don't need to be.
When you open the registration page, depending on your browser settings,
a pop up will ask if you wish to view non secure info as well as secure
info. Choose the option to view BOTH secure and non secure info and
this will then display the security code. If you don't get the pop up asking
this question then your security settings are probably too high in your
browser and will cause problems with other sites so you should change that.
About our security
Users may see a security message like the one below when working with a
site that uses a secure socket layer (SSL):
Security Information
This message contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you wish to
display the non secure items? You need to click YES
Message Information:
Downloading non-secure content from a secure Web site.
The Web site you are viewing is a secure site. It uses a security protocol
such as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) or PCT (Private Communications Technology)
to secure the information you send and receive.
When sites use a security protocol for information that you provide in
a form, such as your name, it's encrypted so that it cant be read
by other people.
These web pages also contain graphics that do not use this secure protocol
as the images are simply there for display purposes. So you will need
to view both secure and nonsecure items on these type of web pages.
